Billing
How Primcloud bills: your plan (Standard, Pro, or Team), metered by-the-minute compute, invoices, payment methods, and what happens when a payment fails.
On this page
Two things show up on a Primcloud bill: your plan, a flat monthly fee, and metered compute for whatever your apps actually run. Compute meters by the minute from the moment a pod starts, at rates quoted per hour, so you pay for the exact time that ran with no minimum. There's no free tier of compute: the smallest pod is around $5/mo.
Every account starts on Standard, which costs $0. Upgrade to Pro ($29/mo), or create a Team ($49/mo), from Account → Billing whenever you need it.
At the end of each billing cycle Primcloud generates one invoice covering everything you consumed and charges your default payment method automatically. Failed charges retry on a schedule; a card that never clears moves the account past-due, and then suspends it after a grace period. You can also set usage alerts that email you when your build minutes, spend, or bandwidth cross a threshold you pick. This section covers each piece.
